When you use the App, we store:
- Shopping lists you create or join
- List items (text, checked state)
- Membership of lists (who has access)
- Invite codes used to share lists
- Timestamps related to the above
How we use data
We use this data only to:
- Authenticate you
- Sync and share shopping lists between people you invite
- Operate and improve the App
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your shopping list contents for advertising.
Storage and processors
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google. Google’s processing is subject to their terms and privacy policy:
Sharing
List contents and membership are visible to other members of that list (people who join with an invite code you share). Do not share invite codes with people you do not trust.
Retention and deletion
- You can remove items and delete lists you own from within the App.
- You can sign out at any time.
- You can delete your account in the App (menu → Delete account), or via this deletion page / dan+nablists@schormans.com.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under 13.
Security
Access to lists requires Google Sign-In. Server-side security rules restrict list and item access to list members. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
